IAQ diagnosis

An IAQ diagnosis allows to evaluate the indoor environment of a building (air networks, pollution sources, etc.) in order to draw up an action plan to improve indoor air quality.

It may or may not include pollutant measurements: CO2, benzene, formaldehyde, fine particles, lead, etc.

IAQ simulation study

A simulation study of indoor air quality allows to verify the design or renovation choices of a building. To provide optimal air quality, it provides answers on :

  • Indoor pollution sources (CO2, formaldehyde, benzene, …)
  • The impact of outdoor pollution on indoor air quality
  • The choice of materials & ventilation system

IAQ Measurements

Indoor air quality measurements  are used to determine a risk of intoxication. They can also be carried out within the framework of environmental certifications (BREEAM, HQE, etc.). OXIVI intervenes for :
  • Assessing the quality of indoor air at the reception of a building or during its operation
  • Meet environmental certification requirements (BREEAM, HQE, LEED)
  • Realize an expertise following complaints from occupants

Training and Awareness

OXIVI is committed to making people aware of indoor air quality. The energy design office intervenes mainly in schools with the Fédération Française du Bâtiment (FFB) and carries out professional training.OXIVI est engagé dans la sensibilisation des personnes à la qualité de l’air intérieur.
